Any hope of survival?

Sister got this for me when our cat passed away in September. The little card said partial sunlight, water once a week. Well, we were out of town for quite a while and I think I may have overwatered it once I got home. It started to droop, so I moved it into some more sun for a day, and it’s only getting more sad. Any chance of salvation for this little memorial?
